Regional Growth & Development is your regional property expert
We specialise in delivering local development projects for regional NSW.
RG&D works with you at every stage — from selling your land for development to buying your home or investment property.
Having been on all sides of the property process, we understand the needs of buyers, sellers and investors, and use this to make the process as stress free and smooth as possible.
We understand costs and timeframes — and we work closely with all stakeholders to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Building new developments needs a team approach.
That’s why we connect with the best local businesses at all stages of the process, from initial ideas, design, planning, sales and marketing, through to building and delivery.
Our Team
The team at RG&D were all born and raised in regional NSW. Our love for the lifestyle means we still call regional NSW home, each of us living in different parts of the NSW upper south coast. So we’re dedicated to growing local communities that stand the test of time.
Our reputation for delivering projects on time, on budget and exceeding expectations is built on our expansive project management skills and unrivalled commitment to quality.
Mark Stewart
Managing Director - 0402 428 600
Mark Stewart grew up on a farm on the outskirts of Temora. That farm is still very much part of his life — he’s out there every other weekend, and he maintains close ties to the region.
Having worked in the property industry for the past 27 years, he understands the needs of buyers and sellers.
Mark is passionate about regional lifestyle, and loves seeing the recent growth in areas like Temora, as more people make a tree-change and bring new life to regional areas.
When he’s spending time in Temora, Mark can be seen making sure the sheep on his farm are fed, tending to his crops, or sipping on a long black at Das Melzer Cafe.
Aaron Blackburn
Director - 0434 588 905
Aaron Blackburn’s love of regional real estate has been nurtured through his successful careers in both the building and real estate industries over the past 20 years.
Merging his dual career pathways gives Aaron a competitive edge, and clients love the insights Aaron brings to their projects.
His understanding of the viability, costs and value for money of developments means clients know projects will be delivered on budget, but without sacrificing quality.
Growing up in Wagga, Aaron honed his business skills from a young age, working on the family cattle farm and hotel since he was 16. His love of the countryside and regional Australia found its perfect match with his wife, ARIA and Golden Guitar award winning country singer, Mollie McClymont.
When he’s not supporting his love of country music and his wife at regional music festivals, you’ll find him spending time in nature, fishing, camping or surfing
Matthew Crockett
Director - 0410 575 745
As director of a busy real estate company for over 10 years, Matt has been involved in all sides of property, from small scale developments to huge subdivisions with house and land projects.
When it comes to buying and selling property, Matt’s clear communication, and commitment to delivering on his promises has seen him rise to prominence as a trusted local partner.
From his early years growing up in Picton, in the Wollondilly Shire, to his current home in Albion Park, Matt loves the support and close friendships that grow in regional communities.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Matt exploring the local areas, checking out the crops and sheep on the Picton family farm, or spending quality time with friends and family.
Jack Stewart
Project Manager - 0421 954 407
Jack Stewart brings his lifetime love of regional living together with his business skills to his role managing RG&D projects.
His love of things that bring people together and celebrate the best of regional Australia has led him to manage some of Australia’s biggest music festivals — including the sell-out Big Country music festival, held in Berry.
As project manager, he believes the most important part of his work is delivering above expectations and keeping projects on time and budget.
Coming from the small coastal region of Jervis Bay, Jack loves to see small towns thriving as new people move into the area. He knows that while they might be attracted to regional areas because of the affordable property prices, they also bring new life and boost the local economy.
When he’s not busy growing regional NSW, you’ll find Jack taking in the natural Illawarra surrounds on a bush walk, walking his greyhound on the beach, or playing a round down at the Kiama golf course
