How we work

We help you navigate the maze of zoning, subdivision and land development

Depending on the nature of the project, you can choose to be involved in a joint venture with us, or sell the land outright for development.

Assessment

We’ll look at your property and assess the zoning, location and surrounding environment to see if it’s suitable for development

Masterplan

We’ll draw up the masterplan and go through the DA process, including managing suppliers, engineers, town planners and approval processes

Approval

Once the project has been approved, the design plans are drawn up and put out for tender

Development

We select project managers and civil contractors to deliver the build (roads, pipes, services), and get the site ready for registration

Land sales

Once the land is registered, it’s ready to be sold as individual lots
